Responsibility :

Ensure projects are well-planned, on schedule, and within budget.

Manage and lead project team, fostering collaboration and productivity.

Effectively communicate with clients, team members, and other stakeholders.

Identify and mitigate project risks to ensure successful delivery.

Maintain project quality standards and ensure deliverable meet requirements.

Manage project budgets and control costs.

Define and manage project scope to prevent scope creep.

Ensure projects are completed on time.

Handle changes in project scope and objectives effectively.

Maintain project documentation and provide regular status reports.

Ensure client satisfaction by meeting their expectations.

Identify areas for process improvement and implement best practices.

To carry out any other duties as assigned by the management from time to time.

Authority :

To make decision on technical matters & quality issue & stop operation if necessary

To recommend for Promotion & Increment for subordinates

Academic Qualification :

Degree / Diploma in Civil Engineering / Mechanical / Electrical or equivalent.

Skills & Experience :

Minimum 5 years’ experience in Construction / Engineering/ Utility Services or relevant fields.

Site supervision and/or design experience is compulsory. • Self-motivated and a team player.

Must be able to lead a team and work under pressure

Good communication & correspondence skills with Microsoft Office knowledge.

Well versed with contract engineering specifications by law/ standard for Construction/Engineering/Utility

Strong analytical skills.

Leadership style and interpersonal skills suitable for directing, training and motivating subordinate staff.

Able to work independently without close supervision.

Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 and ISO 45001:2018 is add advantage.
